A 9-month leadership seminar, tailor-made to your needs that combines the depth of a solid academic training with the versatility and power of an App.

 

Ali is a comprehensive, multidisciplinary, versatile and tailor-made programme to develop fully productive, focused and humanistic leadership. ALI is deployed in four movements each month for 10 months.

 

1st Movement

Week 1: "Live" session (on-line) in which the theme of the month is developed. Theoretical constructs are shared and "grounded" in your business.

2nd movement

Week 1: Interview with the CEO/Managing Director, in which we discuss and deepen the theme of the month; their vision and expectations. The interview remains available all month long on the ALi App (available on IOS and Android).

3rd movement

Weeks 2, 3 and 4: Three on-demand seminars in the ALi App; the seminar includes a video talk, an immediate application task with the team and a quiz. In addition, recommendations for the supervisors of the participating leaders.

4th movement

At the beginning of the live session that kicks off the next month's work, you discuss the exercises (tasks) and your leaders' experience in applying the changes in the month's theme. At the end of the seminar, an exam is held in which members of the company's top management act as reviewers.
